At Kwiat, our promise is to continually re-imagine all that can be done with diamonds. In keeping with this rich tradition of innovation, we introduce our first jewelry designs made by combining two of the most enduring materials: diamonds and fine ceramic.
Much like diamonds, fine ceramic made from zirconia is exceptionally durable. Kwiat fine ceramic is the highest quality available and achieves a superior luster that never fades. Smooth, sensual and exquisite – this material is as pleasing to the hand as it is to the eye.

Over the past 100 years, our family has developed a strong point of view on what makes a diamond beautiful. Through four generations, Kwiat diamonds have become known for their superior quality and undeniable brilliance. The balancing of brightness, fire and scintillation in a diamond is both an art and a science that takes a lifetime, or more, to perfect.
KWIAT TIARA® CUT
There are three components that make a diamond brilliant. The first is Brightness, or white light return. The second is Dispersion or Fire, which is colored light return. The third is Scintillation, the sparkling effect created when a diamond moves. Diamonds can be cut in different ways to emphasize any of these characteristics. At Kwiat, we cut ours to slightly favor brightness over dispersion as well as diameter over depth. By doing this, we create a diamond that looks larger and more brilliant. We call this the Kwiat Tiara® cut.
All Kwiat Tiara® diamonds receive an Excellent cut grade (the highest grade) from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). But not all GIA Excellent cuts meet our Tiara® standards. All Kwiat Tiara® diamonds weighing more than one carat are laser-inscribed with the Tiara logo, ensuring the promise of quality and exceptional brilliance.
THE KWIAT SETTING™
All Kwiat diamond engagement rings are hand crafted specifically for their center stone and for the ring size of the wearer. The Kwiat Setting, our signature setting, is open and airy and the diamond appears to float weightlessly. The result is greater light flow into the diamond, enhancing its brilliance. This refined and feminine setting demonstrates our design philosophy of celebrating the beauty of our diamonds and the woman who wears them.
If you are in the market for a diamond, you probably already know something about the Four Cs – Cut, Color, Clarity and Carat Weight. But there is also a fifth C that cannot be ignored – Cost. Most of our customers come to us with a sense of how much they want to spend. Because there are endless combinations of Cut, Color, Clarity and Carat weight that impact the appearance and cost of a diamond, we work with you to identify the perfect one.
The shape of a diamond refers to the outline of the stone and is different from the cut, which refers to its angles and proportions. Diamond shapes are generally categorized as round or fancy. The shape you choose will depend on your personal preferences.
The GIA grades cut for round brilliant diamonds only. Since fancy shape cuts are not graded, it is critical to rely on expert judgment. At Kwiat, we have a strong point of view on how each shape should be cut and proportioned.
A diamond is both a financial investment and an expression of love. You need to know that your diamond grading certificate accurately reflects the characteristics of your stone, the value of your investment and the depth of your commitment.
The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is an independent, nonprofit institute that sets the global standard for diamond grading and pricing. GIA grading reports are the most respected and reliable in the industry. All Kwiat diamonds above 1 carat are graded by the GIA.
Whether or not you ultimately select a Kwiat diamond, please ensure the diamond you purchase has a GIA Diamond Grading Report or that the price is based on GIA grading standards.
Our customers are an extension of our family and we invite you to visit us for complimentary jewelry cleaning, ring sizing and insurance appraisals for all Kwiat jewelry.
